摘要
目前我国约有六千万人口生活在传统土房子中,而土房子由于建造技术粗糙,常年经受风吹日晒,大部分已变成危房。现代夯土技术经过国内外几十年的研究,着重在土砂石级配以及机械器具方面做出了改进,造出的房屋在抗震安全性、居住舒适性、房屋美观性等方面都克服了传统土房子的缺点,可以在适宜的地区完成对老土房的更新。目前新型夯土农房建设已经起步,但推广还面临困难。本文在梳理国内外夯土建筑实践的基础上,结合我国乡村情况,阐述了在我国当前背景下如何更好地推广现代夯土建筑以及现代夯土建筑在未来的发展策略。
Currently,there are around sixty million people living in traditional adobe houses.Due to the poor construction techniques and yearly exposure to the weather,the majority of these adobe houses become dilapidated in rural areas.Through decades of research both domestically and abroad,modern rammed earth techniques have especially improved in the aggregate grading and mechanical appliance.The houses constructed under the new techniques overcome the disadvantages of the traditional techniques in earthquake resistance,safety,comfortableness of living,aesthetic value,etc.These techniques can renew old adobe houses in suitable areas.Although currently the construction of new rammed earth houses in villages has already initiated,its promotion still faces difficulties.Based on the examining of both domestic and foreign practices of rammed earth building,as well as integration of the situation in rural areas in China,this paper elaborates on how to better promote modern rammed earth building and the future development strategies for modern rammed earth building under current conditions in China.
