摘要
目的探讨新辅助化疗联合腹腔镜手术治疗进展期结直肠癌的效果。方法选取2014年9月~2016年9月我院收治的88例进展期结直肠癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为研究组与参照组,每组44例。参照组采取腹腔镜手术进行治疗,研究组患者则在腹腔镜手术前联合新辅助化疗进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果以及不良反应情况。结果两组患者的手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但研究组患者的肛门排气时间和住院时间显著短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的复发率、淋巴结转移率以及并发症发生率均显著低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用新辅助化疗联合腹腔镜手术治疗进展期结直肠癌患者,能有效提升临床疗效,降低复发转移率,促进患者康复,且安全性较高,值得临床进行进一步推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with laparoscopic surgery on advanced colorectal cancer.Methods Eighty-eight patients with advanced colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into study group and reference group,with 44 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with laparoscopic surgery,while the study group was treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy before laparoscopic surgery.The clinical effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the anal exhaust time and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate,lymph node metastasis rate and complication rate in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with advanced colorectal cancer can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the recurrence and metastasis rate,promote the recovery of patients,and the safety is relatively high,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
