摘要
目的探讨颈动脉粥样硬化与血栓弹力图结果的相关性。方法选择2015-03—2017-08在我院内科住院并接受过颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检查及血栓弹力图检测的患者260例,应用颈动脉彩超测量并记录动脉内-中膜厚度(Intimal-media thickness,IMT)、斑块情况及血管狭窄程度,依据颈动脉超声结果将患者分为正常对照组(n=32)、内膜增厚组(n=39)、斑块形成组(n=81)和管腔狭窄组(n=108)。分析比较4组患者血栓弹力图指标(R值、K值、α角、MA值)、脑梗死发生率的变化。结果与正常对照组比较,管腔狭窄组的R值、K值明显降低,α角、MA值明显升高(均P<0.05),且随着血管狭窄程度加重,R值、K值逐渐下降,α角、MA值逐渐升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);斑块形成组和管腔狭窄组患者脑梗死发生率较高(P<0.05)。结论颈动脉粥样硬化与血栓弹力图检测结果具有相关性,颈动脉粥样硬化的程度与脑梗死发病率有关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between carotid atherosclerosis and thrombelastography.Methods From March 2015 to August 2017,260 hospitalized patients received carotid artery color doppler ultrasound examination and thrombelastography in internal medicine of our hospital were analyzed retrospectively,Carotid ultrasonography was used to measure and record the intima media thickness(IMT),plaque and the degree of vascular stenosis.According to carotid ultrasound results,260 subjects were divided into control group(n=32),endometrial thickness group(n=39),plaque formation group(n=81)stenosis group(n=108).Thrombelastography index(R value,K value,αangle,MA value)and changes in the incidence of cerebral infarction between different groups were analyzed.Results Compared with control group,the values of R and K in the stenosis group were significantly decreased,αangle and MA values were significantly increased(all P<0.05).With the aggravation of vascular stenosis,the values of R and K decreased gradually,αangle and MA values gradually increased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of cerebral infarction in patients of plaque formation group and stenosis group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Carotid atherosclerosis and thrombelastography test results are related,and the extent of carotid atherosclerosis is related to the incidence of cerebral infarction.
