不同预处理方法对蓝莓种子发芽的影响 被引量:3

Influence of different pretreatment methods for blueberry seed germination

摘要 为促进蓝莓种子萌发,解决种子发芽率低的问题,以‘智利TKA’蓝莓品种为试材,通过种子播种前的种子刻伤、研磨、浸泡、酸处理、碱处理等方法,分析了各预处理方法对种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数和幼苗鲜重的影响。结果显示:各预处理方法均能使蓝莓种子萌发时期提前,刻伤处理能显著增加种子的萌发率,刻伤和浸泡处理可以提高种子的发芽势,刻伤、浸泡和酸处理可以显著提高蓝莓种子的发芽指数、活力指数、幼苗鲜重。刻伤处理的幼苗鲜重是对照处理的3倍,活力指数是对照的11.6倍,发芽指数是对照的3.9倍,种子发芽率是对照的1.8倍,种子发芽势是对照的1.5倍。建议在进行少量种子播种时,蓝莓种子的预处理可以采用刻伤的方法。 In order to promote blueberry seeds germination to solve the problem of low blueberry seeds germination percentage of hybrid breeding,this study used‘Chile TKA’Blueberry varieties as materials.They were treated by scalpel,grind,soak,dense sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide solution before sowing to analyze potential,germination percentage,germination index,vigor index and seedling fresh weight.The results showed that different ways of pretreatment could improve the germination potential of seeds.Carving,soaking and acid pretreatment can significantly improve the blueberry seeds germination index,vigor index and seedling fresh weight.Scalpel processing seeding fresh weight was 3 times of the control group;germination index was 11.6 times of the the control group;germination index was 3.9 times of the control group;seed germination percentage was 1.8 times of the control group;seed germination potential was 1.5 times of the control group.Carving can be used as the pretreatment of the Blueberry seeds when making a small amount of sowing.
