探讨高通量血液透析(HFHD)对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者氧化应激及微炎症状态的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的将高通量血液透析(HFHD)应用在糖尿病肾病血液透析患者中,探讨对其氧化应激和微炎症状态的影响作用。方法将2017年1—10月该院收入并治疗的22例糖尿病肾病血液透析患者纳入研究对象,依据是否采用高通量血液透析(HFHD)分组,低通量血液透析予以参照组,高通量血液透析(HFHD)予以实验组,关注两组治疗前后的氧化应激指标和微炎症指标。结果实验组治疗之后的血清高敏C反应蛋白数值、白介素-6数值、肿瘤坏死因子数值、丙二醛数值、过氧化物歧化酶数值、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶数值对比参照组,差异有统计学意义。结论糖尿病肾病血液透析患者采用高通量血液透析(HFHD)可改善其氧化应激和微炎症状态。 Objective High-throughput hemodialysis(HFHD)is used in hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy to investigate its effect on oxidative stress and microinflammatory state.Methods 22 patients with diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis who were hospitalized and treated in this hospital from January to October 2017 were included in this paper.Depending on whether they were on a high-throughput hemodialysis(HFHD)or not,low-dose hemodialysis was given in the control group and high fluence hemodialysis(HFHD)was given to the experimental group,concerned about the two groups before and after treatment of oxidative stress indicators and micro-inflammatory indicators.Results The values of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor,malondialdehyde,peroxide and glutathione peroxidase in the experimental group after treatment were compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Patients with diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis using high-throughput hemodialysis(HFHD)can improve their oxidative stress and micro-inflammatory status.
