摘要
目的分析尿激酶静脉溶栓应用于超早期脑梗塞的临床效果及脑出血发生情况。方法选取54例超早期脑梗塞患者作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方式分为研究组与对照组,每组27例。对照组行非溶栓治疗,研究组行尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗。比较两组治疗后总有效率、脑出血发生率及溶栓治疗前、后凝血功能。结果与对照组比较,研究组治疗总有效率更高(P<0.05);研究组脑出血发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);溶栓后6 h,研究组FIB、PT及TT水平明显优于溶栓前及对照组(P<0.05)。结论尿激酶静脉溶栓应用于超早期脑梗塞治疗中临床效果显著,可促进患者快速康复,但是治疗过程中容易发生脑出血。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase in the super early cerebral infarction and the occurrence of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Fifty-four super early cerebral infarction patients were selected and divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 27 cases in each group.The control group was treated with non-thrombolytic therapy,and the study group was given intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase.The total effective rate,incidence of cerebral hemorrhage and the coagulation function before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was higher(P<0.05).The incidence of cerebral hemorrhage in the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 6 h after thrombolysis,the levels of FIB,PT and TT of the study group were better than those before thrombolysis and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase in the super early cerebral infarction has remarkable clinical effect.It can promote the patients to recover quickly,but it is prone to intracerebral hemorrhage during the treatment course.
