摘要
"煤改"工程在改善生态环境和提高人民生活质量方面意义重大,但是天然气在不同领域的价值体系是不一样的。当下以及未来相当长的一段时期,天然气在"煤改"工程中,改变老百姓供暖方式和清洁供暖方式方面是价值最高的,因为它带来的不仅仅是很好的环境效益,同时还有社会效益。但是,在该工程的实施进程中不免会与现实发生碰撞。该文通过走访调查,总结其弊端,并对其原因加以深刻剖析,旨在说明清洁取暖需逐步有序推进,"一刀切"的运动式推进是万万不可的,总结"煤改"工程中的一些问题,对未来相关工作的开展将大有益处。
The“coal reform”project is of great significance in improving the ecological environment and improving people’s quality of life,but the value system of natural gas in different fields is not the same.For the time being and for a long time to come,natural gas in the“coal reform”project is the most valuable in terms of changing people’s heating methods and clean heating methods,because it brings not only good environmental benefits but also society.benefit.However,in the implementation process of this project,it will inevitably collide with reality.In this article,he visited the investigation,summed up his shortcomings,and profoundly analyzed the reasons for this,in order to explain the need for gradual and orderly advancement of clean heating,“one size fits all”sports promotion is absolutely unreserved,summed up in the“coal reform”project Some problems will be of great benefit to the future development of related work.
