摘要
党中央、国务院高度重视我国大数据的发展和应用,将大数据确定为国家发展战略。为了全面推动落实党中央、国务院关于大数据发展的新部署、新要求,把生态环境大数据研究作为推动生态文明体制改革的重要手段和保障措施,推动生态环境保护工作向协调、统一、高效的管理方式转型,促进"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"的发展理念与环保工作的融合,提升环境监管能力和服务水平,带动环境信息化的长足发展,同时为内蒙古自治区治理环境污染,优化产业布局,保护生态系统提供决策支持,有必要开展生态环境大数据研究工作。
The Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the development and application of big data in our country,and have identified big data as the national development strategy.In order to comprehensively promote the implementation of the Party Central Committee,the State Council has made new arrangements and new requirements for the development of big data.Taking the study of ecological environment big data as an important means and safeguard measure to promote the reform of ecological civilization system,to promote the transformation of ecological environment protection to a coordinated,unified and efficient management mode,and to promote“innovation,coordination,green and opening up,”The development concept of“sharing”and the integration of environmental protection work,to enhance the ability of environmental supervision and service,to promote the rapid development of environmental information,at the same time for Inner Mongolia Autonomous region to control environmental pollution,optimize the industrial layout,Protecting ecosystem provides decision support,it is necessary to carry out ecological environment big data research work.
