腹腔镜完整结肠系膜切除的疗效及安全性分析被引量：11

摘要目的探讨腹腔镜右半结肠癌手术中行完整结肠系膜切除的疗效及安全性。方法选择2014年4月至2017年10月在临泉县人民医院行右半结肠癌完整结肠系膜切除的24例患者,按照手术方式不同分为腹腔镜组(8例)和开腹组(16例),比较两组患者术后下床活动时间、排气时间和并发症发生情况,观察两组肿瘤的复发及转移情况。结果腹腔镜组术后排气时间(3.88±0.83)h、术后下床时间(2.50±0.53)d,均比开腹组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。腹腔镜组术后2例出现并发症,开腹组3例出现并发症,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜右半结肠癌完整结肠系膜切除术安全可行,患者恢复快,具有微创优势。
