摘要
目的观察针刺配合西医治疗抗磷脂酶A_2受体抗体阳性中度膜性肾病患者的临床疗效。方法选择医院肾内科2016年3月至2017年1月收治的抗磷脂酶A_2受体(PLA_2R)抗体阳性的中度膜性肾病患者70例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各35例。所有患者均给予常规对症治疗,对照组患者加用甲基泼尼松龙和他克莫司,治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用针刺相关穴位。结果治疗后,两组患者的PLA_2R抗体、24 h尿蛋白、血清白蛋白、肾小球滤过率、血小板计数均明显改善,且治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刺配合西医治疗抗磷脂酶A_2受体抗体阳性中度膜性肾病,可显著改善患者的各项生理指标,提高治疗效果。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with western medicine for treating moderate membranous nephropathy with anti-phospholipase A2 receptor(PLA2R)antibody positive.Methods Totally 70 patients with moderate membranous nephropathy with anti-PLA2R antibody positive admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number method,35 cases in each group.All patients were given conventional symptomatic treatment,the control group was treated with methylprednisolone and tacrolimus,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture related acupoints on the basis of the control group.Results After treatment,the PLA2R antibody,24 h urinary protein,serum albumin,glomerular filtration rate,platelet count data of the treatment group were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of acupuncture combined with western medicine for treating moderate membranous nephropathy with anti-PLA2R antibody positive can significantly improve the patients'physiological indicators and the treatment effect.
