摘要
以调查问卷的形式,采用24 h膳食回顾结合称重法的方法调查佛山高校学生部分B族维生素的营养状况。调查结果显示广东高校的学生B族维生素的摄入量相对较低,而且有甚者有轻度的缺乏症状,如出现身体疲乏无力、食欲不振、皮肤干燥脱屑并瘙痒等。本次调查的结果有利于提高学生对自己饮食结构,特别是B族维生素摄取的关注程度,并针对学生B族维生素的摄取提出了相应的建议。在此基础上,我们设计了一种营养速食汤料,增加了B族维生素的含量,使消费者的营养更均衡。
The 24-hour dietary recall combining with weighing method survey and questionnaire were used to study the vitamin B intake status of college students in Foshan City.The results shows that the intake of vitamin B by the students were relatively low and there were even those who have the mild symptoms of vitamin B deficiency,such as physical fatigue,weakness,loss of appetite,skin desquamation and itching.These could make some clue for college students to improve their diet,in particular the degree of vitamin B intakes.Based on the survey results,we designed a fast-food soup formula,to increase the intake levels of vitamins B in college students.
