大型水电站叠梁门进水口拦污栅流速分布特性分析 被引量:2

摘要 为研究拦污栅流速指标的结构影响因素,完善相关的设计方法,依据现有工程叠梁门进水口的基本布置体型与运行条件,通过建立数学模型模拟取水结构复杂流态,在物理模型试验验证的基础上,对叠梁门运行引起的拦污栅流速分布及其变化规律进行了研究。结果表明:(1)拦污栅流速峰值位于1.05~1.15倍叠梁门高度范围内,随着叠梁门门顶水头与叠梁门—拦污栅间距的减小,拦污栅流速峰值超过1 m/s;(2)拦污栅流速分布系数峰值位于0.9~1.0倍叠梁门高度范围内,随着叠梁门—拦污栅间距的减小以及拦污栅分节高度的增大,分布系数峰值超过1.5;(3)为控制拦污栅流速,叠梁门最小门顶水头应为叠梁门—拦污栅间距的负指数幂函数,为控制拦污栅流速分布系数,拦污栅的最大分节高度应为叠梁门—拦污栅间距的正指数幂函数,幂函数的系数取值与叠梁门进水口拦污栅流速的设计指标有关。研究所得结论可为叠梁门进水口拦污栅的设计提供参考。 In order to study the factor of structural influence on the velocity index of trash rack for improving the relevant design method,the velocity distribution of trash rack and its variation law caused by the operation of stoplog gate are studied herein based on the verification from the relevant physical model test through simulating the complicated flow pattern of water-intake structure by establishing the correlative math-model in accordance with the basic layout and shape as well as the operation condition of the intake with stoplog gate for the existing project.The result shows that(1)the peak value of the velocity of trash rack appears within the range of 1.05~1.15 times of the height of stoplog gate,which exceeds 1 m/s along with the decrease of the water depth at gates and the space between stoplog gate and trash rack;(2)the peak value of the velocity distribution coefficient of trash rack appears within the range of 0.9~1.0 times of the height of stoplog,which exceeds 1.5 along with the decrease of the space between stoplog and trash rack as well as the increase of the height of trash rack segment;(3)in order to control trash rack velocity index,the minimum depth at gates must be a negative power function of the space between stoplog and trash rack,while the maximum height of trash rack segment must be a positive power function of the space between stoplog and trash rack,furthermore,the value of the power function coefficients are related to the design indexs of trash rack velocity.The conclusion obtained from the study can provide references for the design of trash rack of intake with stoplog gate.
