风冷式冷水机组用翅片管式换热器组件的结构改进及试验验证

摘要 在多"V"形结构翅片管式换热器组件的基础上,提出一种新型结构,此结构形式能够改善翅片管式换热器组件空气侧的风量分布,使靠外侧"V"形组件中2个翅片管式换热器的风量比从1.3:1改善至1:1,制冷模式下的制冷剂液体温度差由原来的约7℃减小到1.5℃,提高整个翅片管式换热器组件的效率。 On the basis of the finned-tube exchanger assembly with multi“V”type structure,one finned-tube exchanger assembly with new type structure is put forward.This type structure can improve the air flow distribution of the finned-tube exchanger assembly in the air side,make the flow ratio between two finned-tube exchangers of type assembly located at the outside from1.3to 1:1,and the temperature difference of refrigeration liquid under the cooling mode is deceased from about 7℃to1.5℃,then enhance the whole finned-tube exchanger assembly's heat transfer performance.
