摘要
企业法治文化是企业市场竞争力和软实力的重要组成部分,也是依法治国方略在企业的实现形式。在实践中,由于对企业法治文化建设的必要性和重要性认识不足,导致企业法治文化建设薄弱,严重影响了企业的可持续发展。要通过树立正确的法治理念;建立总法律顾问在法律风险防范、控制中的关键作用;重视企业合同法律风险防控;加强法律知识培训,全面提高企业员工的法律意识和法律风险意识;重视依法保障企业职工合法权益等措施,切实推动企业法治文化建设。
Corporate legal culture is an important component of market competitiveness and soft power of the enterprise,and it is also the implementation form of the rule of law in the enterprise.But in practice,due to a lack of understanding of its necessity and importance,leading to the weak construction of legal culture in enterprises,which severely affects the sustainable development of enterprises.To solve the problem,we should establish the correct concept of the rule of law;establish the key role of general counsel in legal risk prevention and control;attach importance to the legal risk prevention and control of enterprise contract;strengthen legal risk training for employees and raise awareness of legal awareness and legal risk;protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees in accordance with the law,and eamesdy promote the construction of the legal culture of enterprises.
