冠状动脉追踪冻结技术降低前瞻性心电门控CTA成像辐射剂量的方法研究 被引量:4

Study of Coronary Snap Shot Freeze Technology in Reducing Radiation Dosage with Prospective ECG-Gated CTA Imaging

摘要 目的研究冠状动脉追踪冻结技术(Snapshot Freeze,SSF)降低前瞻性心电门控CTA成像辐射剂量的应用价值。方法共纳入50例行冠脉CTA检查患者,平均心率(76.5±10.2)次/min,均不服用降低心率药物,采用64排128层冠脉前瞻性心电门控,比较标准算法(Standard,STD)和SSF两种重建方法的图像质量、图像噪声、CT剂量指数、剂量长度乘积和有效剂量。结果 SSF重建在≤65次/min组和65~85次/min组图像冠脉节段曲面重组、整体容积再现及CPR水平均明显高于STD,图像噪声、CT剂量指数、剂量长度乘积和有效剂量均明显低于STD,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而在>85次/min组两种重建方法比较均无差异(P>0.05)。结论对于<85次/min心率患者,SSF较STD可进一步提高前门控CTA成像质量,降低图像噪声和辐射剂量。 Objective To study the value of coronary snap shot freeze(SSF)technology in reducing radiation dosage in prospective ECG-gated CTA imaging.Methods A total of 50 patients received CTA imaging,with mean heart rate of(76.5±10.2)times/min,were included in this study.The prospective ECG gating was used during SSF scan by 64 rows,128 floors Optima CT 680 scanner that.The differences of image quality,image noise,CT dose index volume(CTDIvol),dose length product(DLP)and effective dose(ED)between two different algorithms(standard,STD)and SSF were compared.Results The coronary segmental curved planar reformation(CPR),total volume rendering(VR)and CPR in CTA imaging of≤65 bpm and between 65 and 85 bpm groups with SSF were all significantly better than that of STD method.However,the image noise,CTDIvol,DLP and ED were all lower than that of STD method(P<0.05).Conclusion SSF is effective for patients with less than 85 bpm on improvement of prospective ECG-gated CTA imaging quality,reduce image noise and radiation dosage.
