摘要
[目的/意义]构建以用户档案为基础的管理体系,并根据用户的需求和特征进行阅读推广,从而提高图书馆利用率。[方法/过程]按照图书馆用户特征进行分类,然后构建用户档案管理体系,从图书馆资源利用率、资源采购、开发用户、用户满意度、大学生诚信等方面分析用户档案在阅读推广中的价值。[结果/结论]用户档案管理不仅是评价高校图书馆服务的手段和工具,也是高校图书馆进行阅读推广的重要方法之一。
[Purpose/significance]According to users’requirements and characteristics,the paper builds management system based on user profiles and promotes reading activity,in order to improve utilization rate of the library.[Method/process]The paper classifies library users based on their characteristics,builds a user file management system,and analyzes user profiles’values in reading promotion from aspects of resource utilization,resource procurement,developing users,users’satisfaction and university students’integrity.[Result/conclusion]The user files management is not only an evaluation tool of university library service,but also one of the important methods for reading promotion of university library.
