摘要
基于过一硫酸氢钾复合盐的合成原理,以双氧水、硫酸、碳酸钠为原料,通过实验成功合成了一种新型酸性过氧化物消毒剂——过一硫酸氢钠复合盐(2Na HSO5·Na HSO4·Na2SO4),并利用正交实验确定了最佳工艺条件:原料双氧水、硫酸、碳酸钠物质的量比为6.4∶1.4∶1、合成过一硫酸的温度为-4℃、中和温度为10℃。实验结果表明,过一硫酸氢钠复合盐具有较高的活性氧含量,性能略优于过一硫酸氢钾复合盐。
Based on the synthesis principle of potassium monopersulfate compound,a new type of acid peroxide disinfectant-sodium monopersulfate triple-salt(2NaHSOs·NaHSO4·Na2SO4)was synthesized with hydrogen peroxide,sulfuric acid and sodium carbonate as raw materials.The optimum process conditions were confirmed by orthogonal test,which are as follows:the amount-of-substance ratio of raw materials was 6.4:1.4:1,the reaction temperature was-4℃and the neutralization temperature was 10℃.The experimental results showed that the sodium monopersulfate triple salt had higher active oxygen con-tent and better performance than that of potassium monopersulfate triple salt.
