摘要
在我国核电40多年的发展基础上,通过引进、消化、吸收、实现再创新,是我国先进三代核电发展的战略途径。当前,AP1000依托项目首堆建造和调试完成。三代核电技术的消化吸收工作基本完成并取得重大成果,作为国家重大专项核心的自主品牌CAP1400,其安全性、经济性、先进性在AP1000基础上有新的发展和提高。以核电装备自主化为标志的三代核电产业能力已经形成,能支撑CAP1400与国产化AP1000的经济性和批量化建设目标的实现。从AP1000到CAP1400,我国三代非能动核电经过十年的努力,基本完成了研发设计自主化、关键设备和材料国产化的历程。在此过程中,我国核电产业能力完成了从二代向三代的跨越。
The introduction,digestion,absorption and innovation of GenⅢtechnology upon the national nuclear power industry is the strategic approach of China s advanced nuclear power development.The first self-reliant project AP1000 has gone through its construction and commission.The digestion and absorption of GenⅢtechnology is almost accomplished with plenty of achievement.The national brand CAP1400 with independent intellectual property rights was developed as one of the Major National Science and Technology Projects,whose superior safety,economic performance and advancement leads GenⅢnuclear power plants.The localization capability of nuclear power equipment indicates the substantial formation of domestic GenⅢindustry that supports the fleet construction of localized AP1000/CAP1400 with competent economic performance.Through a decade of nationwide efforts,from AP1000 to CAP1400,the advanced passive GenⅢnuclear power in China has completed its R&D self-independent development journey and localization of key equipment and material,accompanied with the upgrade of China s nuclear industry capability.
