摘要
以硫酸亚铁作为媒染剂研究了杨梅栲胶用于兔毛皮的染色性能。首先选用双氧水/甲酸对兔毛皮进行预处理,通过正交试验优化出最佳预处理工艺。然后采用后媒法研究了媒染剂用量、媒染温度、时间及pH对染色性能的影响,并且对比测试了预处理与常规染色样品的匀染性、纤维强力、耐干/湿擦牢度等性能。结果表明:最佳预处理条件为双氧水体积浓度30 ml/L,甲酸50 ml/L,预处理温度45℃,时间90 min;媒染剂用量为45 g/L,媒染温度65℃,时间为60 min,媒染pH为3.0~4.0范围时栲胶染色效果相对较好,可以获得黑色色调;预处理兔毛皮染色样品相对于常规染色样品匀染性好,耐干湿擦性能好,皮板收缩温度得到提高,但是其纤维强力及毛纤维表面光泽不如常规毛皮好。
Ferrous sulfate chosen as a mordant was used to study the dyeing properties of myrica extract on rabbit fur.First,the hydrogen peroxide/formic acid system was used to treat rabbit fur,and the pretreatment process was optimized by orthogonal experiment.Then,the concentration of the mordant,mordanting temperature,time and pH which affects the dyeing behavior were investigated by post-mordanting method,and dyeing properties such as levelling property,fiber strength and dry/wet rub fastness were tested.The results showed that the optimal pretreatment conditions of rabbit fur dyeing was identified under the following conditions:30 ml/L hydrogen peroxide,50 ml/L formic acid,45℃for 90 min.The dosage of mordant of 45g/L,mordant dyeing temperature of 65℃,mordant dyeing time of 60min,mordant dyeing pH of 3.0-4.0 were found to be the optimal conditions for rabbit fur dyeing with myrica extract,and black color can be obtained.Compared with normal dyeing process,the rabbit fur dyed by pretreatment process had a better levelling property and a higher dry/wet rub fastness and shrinkage temperature,but the fiber strength and glossiness were inferior to the normal dyeing.
