Objective To understand the current situation of eHealth literacy and health behaviors of college students in Nanjing,to analyses the influencing factors and the association between eHealth literacy and health behaviors. Methods 1023 college students were randomly selected and tested by eHealth literacy scale created. Results The average score of eHealth literacy in the survey subjects was 27.42±5.31,with a qualified rate of 22.97%.There was a statistical difference in the scores of students with different gender, grades, majors, and parents who were exposed to the education level(P<0.05).77.13%of respondents thought that online health information was“a mixed bag”,but 48.09%of this students would still search the information on internet firstly when they were not feeling well. The higher the eHealth literacy, the better the self-health evaluation(r=0.14),the less proportion to stay up late(r=0.35)and smoke(r=0.51).Con-clusion High eHealth literacy is associated with positive health behaviors.Targeted measures should be taken to improve students'eHealth literacy level.
