摘要
非正规经济已经渗透到经济活动的各个方面,综合分析其对宏观经济的影响效应亟须一个系统性框架。阐释采用社会核算矩阵研究非正规经济活动的3个必要性,厘清非正规经济运行机理及其与正规经济之间的4条作用路径,在阐述非正规经济SAM各账户的基础上设计非正规经济SAM的表式结构和基本框架,归纳非正规经济SAM的3大功能。对非正规经济SAM的理论分析与框架设计可以为非正规经济SAM的编制与效应研究奠定理论基础。
Informal economy has penetrated into all aspects of macroeconomic activity.There is a need for a systematic framework to analyze its effect on macroeconomic comprehensively.Firstly,the necessities of using the social accounting matrix to study the informal economic activities are expounded.Secondly,the mechanism of the informal economy and its four channels of interaction with the formal economy are clarified.Then,we design an informal economy SAM framework base on the elaborating of informal economy account.Finally,the three major functions of the informal economy SAM are summarized.The theoretical analysis and framework designed can lay the theoretical foundation for the actual compilation and effect research of the informal economy.
