摘要
阐述成人教育教师转变角色定位的社会背景,指出学习型社会建设背景下,成人教育教师在宏观方面要为学习者创设宽松自由的心理环境、提供独立思考的时空环境、创设可自主协作学习的网络环境,在微观方面则要成为教育资源的设计、开发、整合者,成为学习平台的创建、组织、引导者,成为教学服务的提供、维护、协助者。
The paper expounds the social background of adult education teachers'changing role orientation,and points out that under the background of learning society construction,adult education teachers should create a relaxed and free psychological environment for learners,provide independent spatio-temporal thinking environment,and create the network environment of independent and cooperative learning.In micro aspect,teachers should become integrators to design and develop educational resources,to create,organize and guide learning platforms,and become providers,maintainers and helpers of teaching services.
