摘要
                
                    阐述了大工业用电"峰谷平"分时段电价相关政策,分析了冶金工业铁前和钢后间歇性生产工序的条件特性,实现增谷用电,发挥煤气柜升降柜储存作用,平衡"峰"时段铁前和钢后歇产工序的富余煤气,实现迎峰发电,有效降低生产用电综合电价成本的统计与分析,有助于企业电价平衡和用电管理。
                
                The related policies on“peak-valley-flat”time-phased electricity price for large industrial consumption are discussed.The characteristics of periodical production processes of before ironmaking and after steelmaking in the steel industry are analyzed.To increase power use at valley price,utilize the storage effect of the gasholder lift cabinet,balance the surplus gas of the idle processes at the“peak”price time and generate power at the“peak”period,can effectively reduce the overall power consumption cost in production and better balance electricity price and power management.
