摘要
西藏沙棘(Hippophae tibetana Schlecht.)是分布于青藏高原的一种人工造林先锋树种和重要资源植物,其叶片富含生物活性物质黄酮,阐明西藏沙棘叶片黄酮含量及其与生态因子之间的关系对西藏沙棘资源开发具有指导意义。以甘肃、青海和四川分布的26个西藏沙棘(Hippophae tibetana Schlecht.)自然种群为研究对象,通过野外调查取样及室内分析,测定了西藏沙棘叶片4种黄酮含量,采用冗余分析(Redundancy Analysis,RDA)方法分析了西藏沙棘叶片黄酮与11个生态因子(包括海拔、纬度、经度、年均降雨量、年均温度、年最高气温、年最低气温、1月气温、7月气温、风速和水蒸汽压)的关系。结果表明:西藏沙棘叶片中杨梅素、槲皮素、山奈酚、异鼠李素和总黄酮平均含量分别为0.13、2.00、1.08、3.51和6.73mg·g^(-1),各类黄酮平均含量排序为:异鼠李素>槲皮素>山奈酚>杨梅素。RDA分析表明,环境变量对沙棘黄酮总解释量为59.9%,西藏沙棘叶片总黄酮含量随纬度(F=8.632,P=0.004)的增加而降低,随海拔(F=9.723,P=0.006)、1月气温(F=5.525,P=0.014)、年均降雨量(F=5.425,P=0.022)和水蒸汽压(F=3.682,P=0.048)的增加而增加,说明高海拔地区生态环境条件有利于叶片黄酮的富集;杨梅素、槲皮素、异鼠李素随空间和生态因子显示出一致的变化规律,但山奈酚含量无显著变化规律。
Hippophae tibetana Schlecht.is the major pioneer tree species for artificial reforestation and improtant resource plant in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.Its leaves are rich in flavonoids which have medicinal values.It is of great guiding significance for development and rational utilization of leaf flavonoids to investigate the relation between ecological factors of different population of Tibetan sea-buckthorn and leaf flavonoids contents.HPLC was established to analyze leaf flavonoids contents of 26 populations of Tibetan sea-buckthorn.Redundancy analysis(RDA)was applied to analyze the correlation of four leaf flavonoids in Tibetan sea-buckthorn and ecological factors.The results showed that the geometric mean of quercetin,kaempferol,isorhamnetin,myrica and total flavonoids content in Chinese sea-buckthorn leaves were 2.00,1.08,3.51,0.13 and 6.73 mg·g-1,respectively.The average content of flavonoid was ordered as isorhamnetin,quercetin,kaempferol and Myrica.RDA indicated that 59.9%leaf total flavonoids content variation could be explained by environmental variables.Total leaf flavonoids content of Tibetan sea-buckthorn increased with altitude,January temperature,mean annual precipitation and water vapor pressure and decreased with latitude.This dictates that the environment conditions in high altitude region are conducive to the enrichment of flavonoids in leaves.Among four flavonoids,Leaf isorhamnetin,quercetin,and myrica kaempferol content show consistent changes significantly with the spatial and climatic factors,but not leaf kaempferol.
