摘要
通过对职工创新工作室创建、运行模式等管理经验的提炼和总结,介绍了职工创新工作室在露采设备维修企业工作实践中的应用情况,及其所起到职能和作用,论证了职工创新工作室在促进企业提升自主创新能力,推动高技能人才队伍建设等方面所起到的作用。为其它企业创建、推进和完善职工创新工作室工作开展,提供了一定的借鉴经验。
Through refining and summarizing management experience of innovation studio and operation mode,the article introduces the application of the worker innovation studio in open-pit mining equipment maintenance enterprise working practice,and its function and effect,demonstrates the worker innovation studio effect in promoting enterprise advancing independent innovation ability,promoting the high skill talented person troop construction,which provides some experience for other companies to create,promote and perfect the worker innovation studio work.
