摘要
考虑到无人机弹射滑车制动时存在较大能量损耗问题,设计了无人机弹射缓冲储能系统。介绍了缓冲储能系统工作原理,简化并基于AMESim建立了系统仿真模型,仿真研究了高速滑车缓冲储能过程的动态性能,重点分析了储能溢流阀和蓄能器对滑车运动性能和蓄能器储能性能的影响规律。仿真表明:储能溢流阀开启压力和蓄能器充气压力对系统性能影响一致,随其值增大,滑车位移减小,缓冲储能时间缩短,蓄能器储能量减小;蓄能器气囊容积增大,滑车位移增大,缓冲储能时间延长。
Considering that a large energy loss problem is produced when the sliding trolley of UAV is braked,we design a UAV ejection buffer storage system.We introduce the working principle of buffer storage system,and simplify the system simulation model that is set up based on AMESim.The dynamic performance of buffer storage process for high speed sliding trolley is simulated.The effect of energy storage relief valve and accumulator on the motion performance of trolley and the energy storage performance of accumulator is emphatically analyzed.The simulation results show that the influence of opening pressure of energy storage relief valve and accumulator charged pressure on the system performance is consistent.With the increase of opening pressure of energy storage relief valve and accumulator charged pressure,the trolley displacement decreases,and the buffer energy storage time is shortened,and the storaged energy of accumulator is reduced.As the volume of air bag of accumulator increases,the trolley displacement increases and the buffer energy storage time is prolonged.
