摘要
造就一批适应现代社会发展的高素质技能型人才,是高职院校教学改革与发展的方向。高职院校课程设置和教学实践要紧紧围绕这一目标,在办学理念上推行精品教育,在办学模式上坚持教学与实践紧密结合,推行校企产教深度融合,努力缩短知识转化为生产力的周期。在此基础上需要加强行业文化和职业道德教育,不断增强学生的职业认同感和创业的主动性,为现代工匠的健康成长营造良好的发展环境。
It is the direction of teaching reform and development in Higher Vocational Colleges to train a group of high-quality skilled personnel to adapt to the development of modern society.The curriculum and teaching practice of higher vocational colleges should be closely related to this goal.In running school concept,we should carry out top-quality education,adhere to the close combination of teaching and practice in running school mode,carry out deep integration of school enterprise production and education,and strive to shorten the cycle of knowledge transformation to productivity.At the same time,we should strengthen the education of industry culture and professional ethics,constantly enhance students'sense of professional identity and initiative,and create a good development environment for the healthy growth of modern craftsmen.
