摘要
利用保育仔猪感染猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV),对50 kg体重的后备母猪进行二次感染和驯化培育,观察临床腹泻效果、病原排毒与散毒监测;并对比18个猪场采取不同处理措施后3.5年内的生产情况,比较期间发病率、临床持续时间、恢复产能时间、年度死淘量和经济指标。结果显示,后备母猪临床腹泻率48 h达80%,PEDV排毒和散毒时间小于5周,PEDV驯化的猪场3.5年发病频率为33.78%,明显低于未经过驯化的猪场的发病频率72.67%,发病平均持续期为3.17周,恢复产能时间为9.33周,年死淘量为1.99周批断奶仔猪,明显低于未经过驯化的猪场,年度死淘量减少了1.65周批断奶仔猪。因此,该方法可以整体提高猪场生产力和经济回报。
The gilts of 50 kg weight were secondly infected usingthe porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV)that from infected nursery pigs.The clinical diarrhea effect and pathogen detoxification monitoring were observed.The field comparisons are used in 18 farms.Some index including morbidity,clinical duration,recovery capacity time,annual death rate and economic indicators,were detected after 3.5 years.The results show that the clinical diarrhea rateof gilts was 80%in 48 hours,the time of PEDV detoxification and shedding less than 5 weeks,the incidence of farms by PEDV domestication were 33.78%in 3.5 years,and significantly lower than farms(the incidence was 72.67%)without domesticated.The average duration was 3.17 weeks,restoring capacity time was 9.33 weeks,total number of dead in a year was 1.99 weeks number of weaned piglets(WNWP),and obviously lower than the farms without domesticated.The total number of dead in a year was decreased 1.65 weeks number of weaned piglets(WNWP).Therefore,this method can improve the productivity and economic returns of pig farms as a whole.
