摘要
探讨美托洛尔缓释片联合疏血通对高血压老年患者血清血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、脂联素（APN）水平变化的影响。方法 选取2015年2月至2017年1月本院高血压老年患者123例，依据治疗方式不同分组，对照组61例予以美托洛尔缓释片治疗，研究组62例于对照组基础上联合疏血通治疗，分析比较两组治疗前及治疗2个月后舒张压、收缩压、平均动脉压、心率、血清VEGF、APN水平及生活质量（SF-36）评分，统计比较两组临床效果、不良反应发生率。结果 研究组临床效果优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组治疗2个月后舒张压、收缩压、平均动脉压、心率改善情况优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组治疗2个月后血清VEGF、APN水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组不良反应发生率与对照组[9.68%（6/62）比4.92%（3/61）]比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；研究组治疗2个月后SF-36评分高于对照组[（87.33±11.48）比（73.54±10.26）]，差异有统计学意义（t=7.020，P=0.000）。结论 对高血压老年患者予以疏血通与美托洛尔缓释片联合治疗效果显著，可有效降低其血压、心率及血清VEGF、APN水平，提高预后，且安全性较高。
To investigate the effect of metoprolol sustained release tablets combined with Shuxuetong injection on serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and adiponectin(APN)in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods 123 cases of elderly patients with hypertension in our hospital from February 2015 to January 2017 were divided into two groups according to the different ways of treatment.61 cases in the control group were given metoprolol sustained release tablets treatment,and 62 cases in the study group were given Shuxuetong injection based on the control group.The diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,mean arterial pressure,heart rate,serum VEGF,APN levels,and quality of life(SF-36)score of the 2 groups were analyzed and compared before and 2 months after treatment.The clinical effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups.Results The clinical effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 2 months’treatment,the improvement of diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,mean arterial pressure,and heart rate in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);serum VEGF and APN levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the SF-36 score of the study group was higher that of the control group[(87.33±11.48)vs.(73.54±10.26);t=7.020,P=0.000].There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group[9.68%(6/62)vs.4.92%(3/61),P>0.05].Conclusion Metoprolol sustained release tablets combined with Shuxuetong injection is effective in elderly patients with hypertension,which can effectively reduce the blood pressure,heart rate,serum VEGF and APN levels,and improve prognosis,with higher safety.
