摘要
目的:探讨"理实一体化"培训思维在社区居民急救技能培训中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年2-12月新兴社区及新联社区450名居民纳入对照组给予传统模式培训,另采用随机抽样法选取2017年1-11月本社区中450名社区居民纳入研究组开展以"理实一体化"为思维理念的急救技能培训活动,对比两组培训前后理论和技能考核结果。结果:培训前学员的理论知识与实践操作考核比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后,研究组书面理论成绩以及实践操作成绩较培训前及同期对照组明显更优,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后,研究组急救知识(包括判断抢救时间、处理煤气中毒、处理触电、处理创伤)以及急救技能(包括人工呼吸方式、止血包扎方式、骨折的固定方式、胸外心脏按压)均优于对照组学员,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"理实一体化"培训思维在社区居民急救技能培训中具有较高的应用价值,使受训居民的急救知识与应急技能得到显著提高,为遭遇突发事件的社区居民生命健康得到保障提供了一条有效途径。
Objective:To explore the clinical application of integration concepts of theory and practice in the community residents’training of first-aid skills.Method:450 community residents in the Xinxing community and Xinlian community were randomly selected as control group from February to December 2016,they were given the conventional training modes.450 residents in this community were randomly selected as study group from January to November 2017,they were given the integration concepts of theory and practice.The theory and skill examination scores of two groups were observed.Result:Before training,the evaluation scores of theory knowledge and practical operation in two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after training,the evaluation scores of theory knowledge and practical operation in study group were significantly better than before and control group(P<0.05).After training,the evaluation sores of first-aid knowledge(estimation of rescue time,handling of carbon monoxide poisoning,electric shock,clinical trauma)and practical first-aid skills(artificial respiration methods,hemostasis and binding ways,fixation of bone fracture,closed cardiac massage)in study group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integration concepts of theory and practice have a higher application value in the community residents’training of first-aid skills,can greatly improve the first-aid knowledge and skills,guarantee their life health in case of an emergency.
