摘要
                
                    为降低苹果采摘的劳动强度,结合苹果的分布特点对苹果采摘机理进行分析,并设计了一款苹果采摘器。在总体设计的基础上,对剪切部件中切割刀片的结构进行了优化,分析了采摘过程中切割刀片的受力情况,并设计出了苹果采摘器的自动伸缩和收集装置。
                
                In order to reduce the labor intensity of apple picking,coupled with the apple distribution characteristics,the apple picking mechanism is analyzed,and an apple picking device is designed.On the basis of the overall design,the structure of the cutting blade in the cutting parts is optimized,and the force of the cutting blade during the picking process is analyzed.Besides,an automatic telescopic device and a collecting device related to the apple picking device are designed.
