摘要
分析了大型直流电机换向器的常见故障和产生故障的原因,介绍了对换向器的检修方法和工艺,重点对现场不拆卸的情况下进行车削换向器表面进行了较详细的阐述,对实践有一定的指导意义。
This paper mainly analyzed the faults of large DC motor commutator,causes of failure and overhauling methods.Specially,the surface of turning commutator is described in detail when the field is not disassembled,the results have guiding significance for field practice.
