摘要
                
                    选用常见的锥阀作为控制阀对压电高速开关阀进行研究,利用Fluent中的三维动网格技术对高速开关阀进行动态流场分析,得到了动态高速开关阀的压力云图和流线图,并分别与静态锥阀、带尾锥结构的动态高速开关锥阀的压力云图和流线图进行对比分析。结果表明,高速开关阀所产生的涡流面积以及负压区远小于同一开口度下的静态锥阀,同时在高速开关锥阀尾部加上尾锥可消除开口处的涡旋,减小负压区的面积。研究结果可为高速开关阀内部阀芯结构的优化提供参考。
                
                The control valve of the piezoelectric high-speed on-off valve was studied based on the common poppet valve,and dynamic flow field of high speed switch valve was analyzed with three-dimensional moving grid technology in Fluent software.The pressure contours and streamlines of dynamic high speed on-off valve were obtained,which were compared with those of the static cone valve and the high pressure switch cone valve with tail cone structure.The analysis results show that in the same opening,the vortex area and the negative pressure zone of high-speed on-off valve are far less than those of the static cone valve.The tail of the high speed switch valve can be used to eliminate the vortex and reduce the area of negative pressure area at the opening.The research results can provide some reference for the optimization of the internal structure of the high speed on-off valve spool.
