摘要
螺旋桨是一种效率较高、结构简单的水下推进器,广泛应用于水下机器人的推进机构。为了优化螺旋桨的水动力性能,对螺旋桨纵倾角进行了研究。依据螺旋桨基本参数、各切面形状尺寸及坐标转换公式,计算出螺旋桨叶面型值点的空间坐标,并创建螺旋桨三维模型,对其建立流体计算域,再通过计算流体力学仿真CFD对螺旋桨的推力系数、转矩系数和敞水效率进行数值模拟。获得螺旋桨表面的压力分布情况,通过分析比较得出,螺旋桨纵倾角的改变对其敞水性能的影响较小,在主要参数中不占主导地位。
The screw propeller is a kind of propeller with high efficiency and simple structure under the water.It is widely used in the propulsion mechanism of underwater robots.In order to optimize the hydrodynamic performance of propeller,the trim angle of propeller is investigated in this paper.According to the basic parameters,the shape size of blade-section and coordinate transformation formula,the coordinates of feature points of blade leaves is obtained by calculation,hereby the three-dimensional model of the propeller is built in which the fluid computing domain is established.The thrust coefficient,torque coefficient,open-water efficiency and pressure distribution of the propeller are numerically studied by computational fluid dynamics(CFD).The result shows that the trim angle has little effect on the open-water performance of the propeller,and is not dominant in the main parameters.
