摘要
目的:探讨电针联合生物反馈治疗出口梗阻型便秘患者的临床疗效。方法:收治出口梗阻型便秘患者56例,平分两组。对照组单用生物反馈治疗,观察组予电针联合生物反馈治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、每周排便次数、排便困难评分、排便不尽感评分以及每次有效排便时间评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率、每周排便次数、排便困难评分、排便不尽感评分以及每次有效排便时间评分均显著优于对照组。结论:针对出口梗阻型便秘患者,采用电针联合生物反馈治疗能够有效改善患者临床症状,提升临床疗效。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with biofeedback in the treatment of exported obstructive constipation patients.Methods:56 cases of exportation obstructive constipation patients were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with biofeedback therapy alone,and the observation group was treated with electroacupuncture combined with biofeedback therapy.The clinical efficacy of the two groups,the number of weekly defecation,the score of difficulty in defecation,the score of defecation and the score of the time of effective defecation were compared.Results:The total effective rate,weekly defecation frequency,defecation difficulty score,defecation sensation score and effective defecation time score in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group.Conclusion:For patients with exported obstructive constipation,electroacupuncture combined with biofeedback can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the clinical effect.
