摘要
上海农业地理信息系统建设与应用起步较早,市区两级农业部门相继开展了卓有成效的探索与实践。本文结合上海市区两级农业地理信息系统建设现状与成效,分析当前普遍面临的技术瓶颈及"分建不能共享"的问题,提出了整合市区两级农业地理信息数据资源,构建市区资源互联互通、业务协作协同、技术标准统一的上海农业地理信息公共服务平台(即上海农业"一张图")的建设思路及主要建设内容等。
The construction and application of agricultural geographic information system in Shanghai started early.The two grade agricultural departments in urban areas have carried out fruitful exploration and practice in succession.This paper summarized the present situation and effect of the construction of Shanghai’s agricultural geographic information system,and analyzed the technical bottleneck and problem like"sub-construction can't be shared",and then proposed a scheme of integrating agricultural geographic information data and constructing Shanghai agricultural geographic information public service platform("One Map"in Shanghai Agriculture)with the interconnection of resources,the synergy of work collaboration and the integration of technical standard.
