摘要
以广州为例,分析目前城市停车存在总体供需失衡、停车泊位结构性失衡、静态交通与动态交通失衡、个体交通与公共交通出行比例失衡等问题。提出推进城市停车设施建设的供给侧改革和结构性转型,以增加有效供给平衡刚需、以资源共享平衡时空、以需求调控平衡动态的思路和策略,实现停车供给与需求的"再平衡"、静态交通与动态交通的"再平衡"。
This paper takes Guangzhou as an example,the analysis of the current city parking exists imbalance of supply and demand,the overall parking structural imbalance,static traffic and dynamic traffic imbalance,individual traffic and public transportation imbalance problems.Put forward the supply side reform of city parking facilities construction and structural transformation,in order to increase the effective supply balance,just need to share resources,ideas and strategies to balance the spatial demand control dynamic balance,realize the parking supply and demand rebalancing,static traffic and dynamic traffic"rebalancing".
