摘要
目的从设计视角对桌面级3D打印机的市场和品牌进行研究。方法以桌面级3D打印机的基本概念、技术分类和基本原理为基础,对桌面级3D打印机的市场需求、现有产品进行比较与分析,并发现问题。结果列出桌面级3D打印机在市场价格、技术、使用流程、用户健康和知识产权保护方面目前仍存在一些问题。桌面级3D打印机要想实现小型化、个性化和专业化,还有很长的路要走,并从材料、功能、结构、形态、组合对桌面级3D打印机的初步概念进行设计定位。结论 3D打印机还不能取代传统的生产方式,但是3D打印能够提供巨大的生产自由度,既能极大提高某些性能,又能极大改善生活品质。
Objective To study market research and brand of desktop 3D printer from the perspective of design.Method Based on the basic concept,technical classification and basic principle of desktop 3D printer,the paper analyzed the market demand and existing products of desktop 3D printer and found out the existing problems.Result It conclued that desktop 3D printers still had some problems in terms of market price,technology,usage process,user health and intellectual property protection.Desktop 3D printers have a long way to go in terms of miniaturization,personalization and specialization,and these are designed to capture the initial concepts of desktop 3D printers in terms of materials,function,structure,form and combination.Conclusion It can conclude that 3D printers are not yet a substitute for traditional production means,but 3D printing offers tremendous freedom of production that they can greatly both improve certain properties and improve the quality of life.
