摘要
醋酸纤维丝束成型工段的管道疏水工艺主要设计方式是将各冷凝段冷凝水导入大容积凝结水储罐中进行收集,管路复杂、管件数量庞大,多种热力下的凝结水交叉汇集,阀门检修维护率高,水锤现象多有发生,导致维护工作量大,影响到丝束成型工段的经济性和安全性,针对此,本文提出丝束成型工段疏水系统优化方法,为疏水系统设计及维保提供思路。
The main design method of pipe drainage in cellulose acetate tow molding section is guiding the condensate water of every condensing sections into a large tank.The characteristics of the drainage system have complex ducts,Large number of pipe fittings,various thermal condensation of water under the cross collection,the high rate of valve repair and maintenance,and many scenes of water hammer.These factors result in a large number of maintenance work,influence the economy and safety of cellulose acetate tow molding.This paper put forward some optimization measures to provide ideas for the design and maintenance of drainage system.
