摘要
目的探究腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗胃肠肿瘤的效果及其对患者营养状况的影响。方法选取我院收治的100例胃肠肿瘤患者,并根据手术方式分为试验组与对照组,各50例。试验组通过腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组通过开腹手术治疗,比较两组胃肠肿瘤患者的手术结果。结果治疗后,试验组患者的营养状态、生活质量明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的白蛋白、前白蛋白水平较治疗前明显改善,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗胃肠肿瘤可以改善患者的营养状况和生活质量,减少并发症的发生率。
Objective To study the effect of laparoscopic surgery and open abdominal surgery in patients with gastrointestinal tumor and its influence on nutritional status.Methods One hundred cases of gastrointestinal tumor patients in our hospital were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the operation mode,with 50 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with laparoscopic surgery,and the control group was treated with open operation.The operation results of two groups of gastrointestinal tumor patients were compared.Results After treatment,the nutritional status and quality of life in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of albumin and prealbumin in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery in gastrointestinal tumor patients can improve the patients'nutritional status and quality of life,reduce the risk of complications
