摘要
以来自煤直接液化残渣中的煤液化沥青为原料、对苯二甲醇为交联剂,在对甲基苯磺酸或硫酸的催化作用下,合成缩合多环多核芳烃树脂(COPNA树脂)。通过测定树脂的甲苯不溶物TI、喹啉不溶物QI以及残炭率等参数来评价其性能。结果表明:50%浓度的硫酸,160℃反应2.5h制得COPNA树脂样品,β树脂含量达58%,残炭率为50%,10%失重时的热分解温度为525℃。
Using coal liquefaction asphalt from the residue of coal direct liquefaction as raw material,terephthalyl alcohol as cross-linking agent,under the catalytic action of p-toluenesulfonic acid or sulfuric acid to compose the condensed polycyclic polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbon resin(COPNA resin).The properties of the resin are evaluated by determining the toluene insoluble(TI),quinoline insoluble(QI)and carbon residue.The result shows:50%sulfuric acid,160℃reaction 2.5h,theβresin content of COPNA resin sample was 58%and carbon yield was 50%,thermal decomposition temperature was 525℃when the weight loss is 10%.
