摘要
近年来,国内外对于高校图书馆与公共图书馆的合作建设有许多实践案例。合作建设的内容及深度存在很大差异,主要有先合后分、局部整合、特色共建和全面融合4种模式。河南济源市图书馆和山西晋城市图书馆合作建设成功运行和取得的良好社会效果的调研显示,"全面融合"是高校图书馆与公共图书馆合作建设的成功模式。本文对其成功实施的必要条件、充分条件及存在问题进行了研究分析。
There have been many practical cases of cooperative construction between the university librar?ies and public libraries.The cooperation takes place in four main patterns:first mergence and then division,partial integration,characteristic co construction,and overall integration.Through the successful operation and good social effect of the cooperative construction of the Jiyuan library in Henan province and Jincheng library in the Shanxi province,this paper concludes that"overall integration"is the successful model of the coopera?tive construction of university libraries and public libraries,and analyzes the necessary and sufficient condi?tions for their successful implementation.
