摘要
于2015年使用蝙蝠竖琴网在江西省九连山自然保护区采集到10只管鼻蝠标本,其主要特征为:体型中等,前臂长为33.4-39.5mm,背毛整体呈金褐色。根据其体侧膜连接点位于第一脚趾的基部、头骨较大及第一、二上门齿相对大小与位置均与Csorba&Bates描述的哈氏管鼻蝠特征相符,该鉴定结果也得到系统发育学证据的支持,故鉴定上述标本为哈氏管鼻蝠,为该种类继在海南、广东发现后在中国大陆的又一新发现,也为江西省蝙蝠分布的新记录。标本现保存于广州大学华南生物多样性保护与利用重点实验室。
During a filed survey in 2015,10 Murina bats were collected through harp traps in Jiulianshan National Natural Reserve in Jiangxi Province.All specimens were medium-sized with golden-brown ventral fur and forearm length ranging from 33.4 to 39.5mm.Its morphological characteristics including the attachment point of the plagiopatagium,large-sized skull,and the relative sizes of the 1 st and 2 nd upper incisors are consistent with the description of M.harrisoni that found by Csorba and Bates in 2005.The identification is also verified by phylogenetic analyses.Hence,they are all identified as M.harrisoni,which represents another Murina discovery in Mainland of China after the discoveries in Hainan and Guangdong Province,and a new record from Guangxi Province.Presently,all specimens are preserved at Key Laboratory of Conservation and Application in Biodiversity of South China in Guangzhou University,Guangdong,China.
