摘要
石油是非常重要的能源,如何合理开采石油,实现国家和企业的经济利益最大化,是需要相关工作人员共同探讨的问题。石油钻井工程是我国开采石油资源所采取的主要工程,完成起来的难度是很高的。石油钻井工程项目规模大、资金投入高、耗费周期长,要投入大量的人力、物力、财力。同样,石油钻井工程进行中也存在着很多的风险,一些人为因素、环境因素以及社会经济因素都会影响工程的风险,需要工作人员加强对石油钻井工程的风险管理。
Oil is a very important energy,and how to rationally exploit oil and maximize the economic benefits of countries and enterprises is a problem that needs to be discussed by relevant staff.Petroleum drilling project is the main project adopted by our country to exploit petroleum resources,and it is very difficult to complete it.The petroleum drilling project has the characteristics of large scale,high capital investment and long consuming period,and a large amount of manpower,material resources and financial resources should be invested.In the same way,there are many risks in the petroleum drilling project.Some human factors,environmental factors and social and economic factors will affect the risk of the project,so it is necessary for the staff to strengthen the risk management of the oil drilling project.
