菠萝收集采摘车的设计 被引量:8

摘要 科技遍及我们身边的方方面面,科技使我们的生活更加美好,而对于生产作业亦是如此,传统的菠萝采摘多为手工采摘,费时费力,而机械的使用既可以很大程度的解放对人力资源的需求,并且更加高效节约。针对目前国内菠萝的采摘的情况复杂性以及还不太高的机械化水平,我国国内的菠萝采摘基本还是靠手工来完成作业,为此文章设计了一种新型、实用的菠萝采摘机。该菠萝采摘机结构类似我们常见的拖拉机的造型,操作简单,采摘效率高,对菠萝的损伤较小,提高了生产效率。 Technology covers all aspects of our lives,and it makes our lives better,and so does production.Traditional pineapple picking is mostly hand-picked,time-consuming and laborious,while the use of machinery can greatly liberate the demand for human resources,and more efficient and economical.In view of the current domestic pineapple picking complexity and not too high level of mechanization,pineapple picking in our country basically rely on manual to complete the work,this paper designed a new and practical pineapple picking machine.The structure of the pineapple picking machine is similar to that of our common tractor,which has the advantages of simple operation,high picking efficiency,little damage to the pineapple and improving the production efficiency.
