摘要
农民合作社资金缺乏和融资困难是制约其发展的重要瓶颈,以"农户+龙头企业"融资模式为基础,提出农民合作社参与农产品供应链内部融资模式,运用成本效益分析法,对农民合作社和龙头企业参与农产品供应链内部融资前后的成本与收益进行对比分析,得出农产品供应链内部融资缓解了农民合作社资金缺乏和融资困难的现状,龙头企业节约了交易成本,稳定了原材料采购渠道和质量,农产品供应链参与主体实现了互利共赢。
The shortage of funds and difficulties in financing are the bottlenecks restricting the development of farmer cooperatives.Based on the financing model of"farmers+leading enterprises",the mode of farmer cooperatives participating in internal financing of agricultural product supply chain is put forward.By using cost-benefit analysis,the cost and benefit before and after farmer cooperatives participating in internal financing of agricultural product supply chain are compared and the results show that the internal financing of agricultural products supply chain has alleviated the lack of funds and financing difficulties of farmer cooperatives.The leading enterprises have saved transaction costs and stabilized the procurement channels and quality of raw materials.The main bodies of agricultural supply chain achieve mutual benefit.
