摘要
目的 :了解社区全科医师对《中国2型糖尿病防治指南(2013基层版)》知识的掌握程度,为进一步开展糖尿病防治工作打下基础。方法:根据《中国2型糖尿病防治指南(2013基层版)》相关知识点设计问卷,对上海市浦东新区4家社区卫生服务中心84名全科医师进问卷调查。分析比较被调查者的基本情况、了解途径和对糖尿病防治要点的掌握情况。结果:(1)不同性别全科医师糖尿病基层指南相关知识问题回答情况正确率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同年龄、职称、学历的全科医师对糖尿病基层指南知识了解差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)全科医师主要通过单位组织学习及自查资料了解基层版指南;(3)糖尿病的诊断和分型部分问题回答正确率最高(85.7%),初次诊断糖尿病的简要处理方案次之(70.2%)。而糖尿病的管理部分正确率最低(48.8%)。结论:上海市浦东新区4家社区卫生服务中心全科医师对2013基层版指南的整体掌握情况尚可,但对个别知识点掌握情况较差。社区糖尿病防治工作有待加强,应针对薄弱环节展开专业培训,并规范社区糖尿病诊治流程。
Objective:To investigate general practitioners’mastery of the Chinese type 2 diabetes prevention guide(2013 edition at the grass-roots level),and they can lay a foundation for further developing the community prevention and cure work of diabetes.Methods:The survey instrument was developed based on the relevant knowledge of the Chinese type 2 diabetes prevention guide(2013 edition at the grass-roots level),and conducted a questionnaire among 84 general practitioners from 4 community health service centers of Shanghai Pudong New District.To analyze the basic information of respondents,the way of understanding,and the mastering degree of prevention and control of the point of diabetes.Results:(1)There was no significant difference of different gender among general practitioners who answered the questions about type 2 diabetes prevention guide(P<0.05).There was statistical difference of different age,title and education among general practitioners(P>0.05).(2)General practitioners learned about the prevention guide by units and self-learning.(3)The highest accuracy were the diagnosis and the type of diabetes(85.7%),followed by brief treatments of primary diagnosed diabetes mellitus(70.2%).The lowest accuracy was the management of diabetes(48.8%).Conclusion:The authors suggest that the mastery of the Chinese type 2 diabetes prevention guide(2013 edition at the grass-roots level)is fair for the general practitioners who are from the community health service centers of Shanghai Pudong New District.But individual points of knowledge are not be mastered.The community prevention and cure work of diabetes was going to be strengthened,launched the train for weak links,and made the standard procedure of diagnosis and treatment of diabetes.
