摘要
目的:以60例垂体瘤术后尿崩症患者作为研究对象,探究中西医结合疗法的临床效果。方法:本研究选取60例2015年1月-2016年12月期间在我院接受经鼻-蝶入路手术切除垂体瘤手术后出现尿崩症的患者作为研究对象,将所有受试患者随机分为两组,对照组(30例)患者仅采用常规西医治疗方法进行治疗,试验组(30例)患者则采用中西医结合疗法进行治疗。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、治疗后的尿量、尿渗透压以及尿比重变化改善情况。结果:治疗后,试验组患者的临床治疗总有效率(93.3%)显著高于对照组患者的临床治疗总有效率(70.0%),两组对比P<0.05,组间差异有统计学价值;且治疗后,试验组患者的尿量、尿渗透压以及尿比重等相关临床指标的改善情况均显著优于对照组患者,P均<0.05,两组间差异有统计学价值。结论:在垂体瘤术后尿崩症患者的临床治疗过程中给予中西医结合疗法能显著提高临床治疗效果,并有效改善各项相关临床指标,有利于术后康复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of the integrative medicine on diabetes insipidus of postoperative pituitary tumor.Methods:60 patients were divided into two group,30 cases in each.The control group was given conventional western medical treatment;the experimental group was treated in the integrative medicine.The efficacy,urine volume,urine osmolarity and urinary specific gravity were compared.Results:The efficiency was 93.3%in the experimental group,and significantly higher than 70.0%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The improvement of urine volume,urine osmolarity and urinary specific gravity in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine on diabetes insipidus of postoperative pituitary tumor can significantly improve efficacy and relevant indicators,promote postoperative recovery,and is worthy of application.
