摘要
高频信号注入法作为永磁同步电机无位置传感器控制算法的一种,其精度在一定程度上受到电感计算精度的影响。目前高频信号注入法实现电机无位置传感器控制,电机轻载时高频数学模型中使用基频电感,而在电机重载时仍使用基频电感会影响转子位置估算精度。以10极12槽样机为例借助冻结磁导率法,求解出了电机饱和时高频电压数学方程中的高频电感,并进行有限元电机本体与Simulink的联合仿真验证,为提高高频信号注入法实现的无位置传感器控制精度提供借鉴。
When the high frequency signal injection method is used to realize motor sensorless control,the fundamental frequency inductance is used in the high frequency mathematical model of the light load of the motor,while the fundamental inductance is used to affect rotor position precision when the motor is overloaded.Taking a 10-pole 12-slot prototype as an example,the method of frozen permeability is used to analysis the high frequency inductance in the mathematical equation of the high frequency voltage when the motor is saturated in this paper.
