摘要
目的:通过文献分析血塞通注射液不良反应发生现状,为临床用药提供参考依据。方法:计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库公开发表的有关血塞通注射液不良反应的病例报告文献,进行一般描述性分析。结果:共有102篇文献纳入研究。血塞通注射液不良反应发生涉及多个系统,不良反应发生率为2.3%。结论:血塞通注射液不良反应发生率较低,但用药过程需严密监视患者反应,如出现不适症状仍继续用药可能导致严重后果,甚至危及患者生命。
Objective:To provide the referene for clinical drug uses by systematically analyzing the current state of adverse reaction of XueSaiTong injection.Methods:The papers about XueSaiTong injection and the case-reporting about adverse reaction were searched in CNKI,WanFang database and CBM by the computer,and the data was analyzed by performing common descriptive analysis.Results:All 102 papers were included in the study.Adverse reactions of XueSaiTong injection involved many systems,and the incidence of adverse reaction was 2.3%.Conclusion:Adverse reaction of XueSaiTong injection is in low incidence,while the reaction of the patients should be closely monitored,continuing to use the drugs might cause grave consequences,even endanger the patients's lives if any discomfort happens.
